I realized that the last link in my last entry (re: theMarginal Revolution) probably wouldn't get much attention but is fully deserving of its own post. The Bush administration has gone from budget woes to budget whoah!s (with corny lines like that, I could write for the New York Post!). Tax receipts are surging despite the naysayers and the President will likely achieve his goal of cutting the budget three years early (as previously mentioned, the New York Times calls this "off schedule").
